I moved to the Lansing area for work a little over 2 years ago, after graduating from Central Michigan University.
If you don’t know where CMU is… imagine a beautiful but rather tiny college campus surrounded by corn fields and a random casino.
Lansing was a big change from Mount Pleasant, but reminded me a lot of my hometown of Pontiac in Oakland County.
Urban areas surrounded by rolling rural towns.
I moved out of Lansing last Summer, and thought I would miss it… but I ended up discovering new Mid-Michigan gems!
+ I’m going to share them with you today!!
